Elena Polyudova

Elena Polyudova is an accomplished academic and language educator with extensive experience in various educational roles. Since 2017, Elena has served as an Assistant Professor at the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center, while also taking on the responsibilities of Team Leader. In addition, Elena has been the Editor in Chief for "Open Reviews on Education and Learning Sciences" since 2017, overseeing the journal's editorial process and managing the International Board of Editors. With a background in publishing as a Member of the Advisory Board at Cambridge Scholars Publishing since May 2013, Elena contributes to shaping future publishing direction and reviewing proposals. Elena is also a Freelance Interpreter and a member of multiple editorial boards and scientific committees. With a PhD in Art Education and Aesthetics from the Institute for Art Education Studies, Elena's education includes advanced studies in Russian language instruction and a Master's degree from Lomonosov Moscow State University.
