Frances Keener

Frances Keener is an experienced executive assistant currently serving as the Executive Assistant to the Chief Client & Business Officer at Interpublic Group (IPG) since November 2023, following a tenure at dentsu where Frances held multiple roles, including Executive Assistant to the Americas CEO and Global Chief Client Officer. Prior to dentsu, Frances worked at Bloomberg LP, providing high-level support to the Deputy Chief Operating Officer, and has also held positions at Saks Fifth Avenue, Victoria's Secret, Niche Media, LLC, BlackRock, and Happy Kids. Frances holds a Bachelor of Science in Administration of Justice from Penn State University, completed in 2005.
