Leandra Cleveland

LeAndra Cleveland is an accomplished Senior DEI Manager for Strategy & Operations at Interpublic Group (IPG), a position held since November 2022. Prior to this role, LeAndra served at Orion Worldwide for over seven years, advancing from Manager to VP positions focused on Culture and Inclusion as well as Diversity & Inclusion. Additionally, LeAndra has experience as a negotiator in Local Media Activation at Orion Worldwide and held various roles in media and event services earlier in the career, including positions at AAA New York and The Bradford Group. LeAndra holds a Bachelor of Arts in Rhetoric & Communication from the University at Albany and a Certificate in Diversity and Inclusion from Cornell University.
