Stellameris Ogbonna has been working in the customer service and administrative field since 2008. Stellameris began their career at Kilimanjaro Fast Food as a Supervisor, where they applied strong leadership talents and problem-solving skills to maintain team efficiency and organize workflows. In 2014, they moved to Waste Pipe and Drainage (WPD) as a Secretary/Receptionist, where they responded to emails and other correspondence to facilitate communication and enhance business processes. In 2017, they began working for the Ministry of Youth and Sport as a Customer Service/Administrative Assistant, where they answered multi-line phone systems, routed calls, delivered messages to staff and greeted visitors. Lastly, in 2018, they began working for iNterra Networks as a Customer Service Representative.
Stellameris Ogbonna attended Abia State Polytechnic from 2014 to 2016. In September 2016, they obtained certifications in Excel 2013 Essential Training, Outlook 2013 Essential Training, PowerPoint 2013 Essential Training, and Word 2013 Essential Training from Lynda.com.
