Chelsea Huffman

Chelsea Huffman has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Chelsea began their career in 2006 as a Central Processing Assistant at Indiana University Health before moving on to work as a Lead Tech-Sterile Processing at OhioHealth. In 2010, they worked as a GI Tech and later as a Supervisor- Central Processing at Nationwide Children's Hospital. In the same year, they also served as a Travel Contract- Sterile Processing Tech/Educator at On Assignment. From 2013 to 2015, Chelsea worked as an Endoscopy Specialist at Mayo Clinic, where they performed various procedures related to gastroenterology, pulmonary, and hepatology. Chelsea then joined Olympus Corporation of the Americas, where they worked as a Clinical Endotherapy Specialist and later as an EndoTherapy Territory Manager- GI & Pulmonary. In these roles, they exceeded revenue goals and built strong relationships with clients. Most recently, they worked at Interscope, Inc. as the Director of Training and Clinical Field Operations, where they managed a sales territory, recruited and managed a team, and developed and executed training plans. Chelsea will be starting a new role as the Women in Leadership Program Advisor at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville in March 2023.

Chelsea Huffman attended Purdue University from 2018 to 2022, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. In 2020, they also completed a certificate program in Women in Leadership at the University of Notre Dame. In 2021, they pursued a Diploma of Education in Private Investigation at Penn Foster Group. Additionally, Chelsea has obtained certifications such as AGTS from SGNA and Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST) from IAHCSMM, although specific details about the dates of obtaining these certifications are not provided.
