Heidi Gelnett, MBA

Heidi Gelnett, MBA, has extensive work experience in various sales and managerial roles. Heidi currently serves as the Sr. Manager Reimbursement & Market Access at Stryker, starting in July 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Intersect ENT, Inc as a Senior Sales Consultant from December 2017. In this role, they were responsible for selling clinically to educate physicians on new and existing products, as well as training staff and facilitating market access.

Before Intersect ENT, Inc, Gelnett worked at Bard Davol as a Territory Manager BioSurgery from August 2016 to November 2017. Heidi'sresponsibilities included prospecting in the operating room, building relationships, and educating physicians and staff on product uniqueness. Heidi also collaborated with purchasing, contracting, and materials management departments to ensure product availability.

From March 2015 to August 2016, Gelnett worked at Entellus Medical, Inc (now a part of Stryker) as a Sales Representative II. Heidi'srole involved training physicians, office staff, and operating room staff on equipment set up and usage, selling to ENTs in both clinical settings, and assisting offices with insurance and billing issues.

Earlier in their career, Gelnett served as a Manufacturer's Sales Representative at Hooker Furniture Corporation from October 2003 to March 2015. Heidi prospecting existing furniture stores, developed new business channels, and successfully sold to a wide range of clients, including large corporations, home builders, interior design firms, and independent store owners.

Gelnett began their professional journey as a Sales Representative at YellowBook from January 2002 to August 2003.

Heidi Gelnett, MBA, completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania. Heidi pursued this degree from 2017 to 2021. Prior to their MBA, they also earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania, which they completed between 1995 and 2000. In addition to their formal education, Heidi Gelnett has obtained certification in SharePoint 2019 Essential Training: The Basics from LinkedIn in March 2021.
