Phil Dube

Phil Dube is an experienced professional currently serving as a Senior Advisor for Transit-Oriented Communities at Infrastructure Ontario since September 2024. Previously, Dube held roles including Land Acquisitions Manager at Intersect Power and Senior Project Associate at The Trust for Public Land, focusing on real estate transactions that facilitated the creation of public open spaces in Maine. Dube's background includes managing ideation workshops at the Yale GreenLight Program and conducting assessments for water risk in the craft brewing industry in Connecticut. With a strong foundation in environmental management acquired through degrees from Yale School of the Environment and Yale University, as well as public policy studies at California State University-Sacramento, Dube possesses extensive expertise in hydrology and sustainable resource management.
