Senior Manager, Revenue Strategy & Enablement at Intersection

Kristan Escobar has a diverse range of work experience. Kristan began their career as a Program Intern in the Wish Department at Make-A-Wish® Central & South Texas in 2015. Kristan then worked as a Production Intern at CS GLOBAL Group in 2016. Later that year, they became a Lead Buyer's Assistant at Dooley Tackaberry, Inc.

In 2017, Kristan transitioned to the advertising industry and joined Intersection Co. as an Advertising Sales Coordinator. Kristan supported Account Executives by generating and processing contracts, proposals, and presentations. Kristan also handled the full lifecycle of contracts and collaborated on inbound requests and proactive pitches. Additionally, they played a key role in training and onboarding new coordinators.

Within Intersection Co., Kristan then progressed to the role of Media Planner. Kristan brought about a shift from location-based targeting to audience segmentation and dynamic digital campaigns. Kristan utilized data, research, and expertise to provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership and the sales team.

Kristan's most recent role at Intersection Co. was as a Sales Strategy & Enablement Associate. Their responsibilities included developing and implementing workflows to enhance organizational effectiveness, creating Salesforce reports and dashboards, and maintaining data quality processes. Kristan also evaluated and managed the implementation of sales tools.

In 2021, Kristan was promoted to the position of Senior Sales Strategy & Enablement Associate before becoming the Manager of Revenue Strategy & Enablement in 2022.

Kristan Escobar received a Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from The University of Texas at Austin. Kristan attended the university from 2013 to 2016. In addition, they obtained a certification in the Business Foundations Certificate Program from the McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas at Austin in June 2016.
