Allanah Shannon

Allanah Shannon is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Mitie since December 2020, Allanah has also held significant positions at Interserve from August 2008, including roles such as Snr Onboarding and HR Business Partner, Senior HRBP, HR Business Partner, and Human Resources Manager. Prior to that, Allanah worked as HR Manager at Inforte from 2006 to 2008 and at Pims Enterprises Ltd from 2004 to 2006. Academically, Allanah holds a Master of Human Resource Management from Middlesex University, a Bachelor of Applied Science from The Open University, and a Bachelor’s with Honours in Applied Psychology from Bournemouth University.
