With previous experience at Sodexo, including roles as Head of Operational Efficiency & Excellence and as Deputy Director at HMP Forest Bank, Steve demonstrated exceptional capabilities in financial management, operational efficiency, and strategic development across a range of facilities. Steve's career began in HM Prison Service, where a variety of roles laid the foundation for extensive expertise in operational management and security within the prison system.
