Danijela Matijevic is an experienced leader in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as Chief People Officer at Intersolia since February 2023. As the General Manager at Consolia since June 2017, Danijela leads the Belgrade office's Development Department, overseeing HR, legal, finance, and daily operations while managing a team of 40. Danijela is also an Agile HR Trainer and Consultant with Agile Humans since November 2019 and has held roles such as Head of Human Resources and HR Manager at Humanity.com, Inc., where significant contributions were made to global HR strategy and Agile transformation. With a strong background in policy development, coaching, and team empowerment, Danijela has also served as Director & HR Manager at Drey Corporation and has extensive freelance coaching experience. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Pedagogy and certifications in professional coaching.
