Mandy Monk has extensive experience in the field of human resources and talent development. Mandy'smost recent role was as the Chief People Officer at True Food Kitchen. Prior to that, they worked as the Executive Director and Chief People Officer at The People Advisers, where they provided HR and consulting services to high-hiring and high-growth organizations. Mandy also served as the Head of HR at Accolite Digital and as an HR Leader at Wingstop Restaurants, Inc. Mandy has held various leadership positions in learning and development, including Chief Learning Officer at Womens Foodservice Forum and VP of Training & Talent Development at TMX Finance. Mandy has also worked at Brinker International and Pizza Hut, where they led training and development initiatives and implemented learning management systems. Mandy began their career at Yum! Brands, focusing on curriculum design and performance management at Yum! University. Mandy Monk obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Dallas Baptist University. Additionally, Mandy has acquired several certifications, including being an OKR Certified Coach from Expert in the Outcome Mindset Method.
