Kouame Jacob Gaouly Kouakou

Kouame Jacob Gaouly KOUAKOU has extensive experience in humanitarian and protection programs, currently serving as Protection FP/PM at INTERSOS since February 2023. Previous roles include Chef de base and Chef de projets MHPSS at Croix-Rouge française, Référent Technique MHPSS at ALIMA, and Protection Program Manager at the Danish Refugee Council. Kouame has also held significant positions at COOPI, including Charge de programmes migration and Chef de projet protection, as well as prior roles with the International Committee of the Red Cross, Save the Children International, and IDE-Afrique focused on psychosocial support and child protection in conflict-affected regions. Education includes a Master's degree in Psychology from Université Félix Houphouët-Boigny and various certifications in psychotherapeutic techniques and trauma intervention.
