Lisa Bennett PHR, SHRM-CP is the Director of Talent and Organizational Development at Interstate Batteries. Lisa is also the Founder/President of Impact HR Consulting, Inc., a full-service consulting firm. Lisa has extensive experience in HR, having previously held various director positions at Blackhawk Network, Rexel USA, and CCC Information Services. Lisa holds a BA in Political Science/Psychology from East Carolina University. Lisa has a proven track record of partnering with organizations to lead talent management projects and drive successful HR initiatives.
