Kelly Tang

Kelly Tang, CPM, RPA, serves as the Director of Property Management and President of IEC Property Services Corp. at Interstate Equities Corporation since April 2019. With extensive experience as a Consultant for Gerson Lehrman Group since August 2007, and prior roles including Senior Vice President of Operations at Lyon Living and Senior Director at Irvine Company, Kelly has demonstrated expertise in property management across multiple organizations. Key achievements include managing a portfolio of 22 communities totaling over 5,000 units, generating more than $100 million in annual revenue, and leading operations for various properties across Southern California. Kelly holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Science from UC San Diego.
