As Vice President of Affordable Development, Andy Davenport is located at the Camden, NJ Office and is involved in all aspects of housing development, including securing financing, community outreach,and working with housing authorities, finance agencies, community partners, and other stakeholders to bring complex affordable housing developments from concept to reality across the Northeast region. Mr. Davenport is currently involved with projects in Philadelphia, NEwark, and Connecticut, which include mixed-use and affordable development.
