Beverly J. Lippman has a diverse background in learning and development, talent management, and HR. Beverly J.'smost recent position is as the Director of Learning and Development, Talent Management at Interstate Waste Services, Inc. Throughout their career, Beverly has implemented various learning programs, developed leadership initiatives, and provided consultations on team building, morale, and performance improvement. Beverly J. has also been involved in designing and delivering training sessions to enhance employee development and improve skills in areas such as management, soft skills, and product training.

Beverly J. Lippman has a BA in French literature from Drew University, with a focus on languages. Beverly J. also holds an MS degree in Organizational Change Management from The New School.

In addition to their degrees, Beverly has obtained several certifications. In 2005, they received the MBTI certification from CPP. In 2010, they completed the 360 certification program from Korn Ferry Hay Group. In 2019, they obtained the Hogan Assessment Certification from Hogan Assessment Systems. Most recently, in 2022, Beverly completed the Actualized Performance Cycle Certification Program from William L. Sparks & Associates.
