Danielle Crough has a varied work experience in areas such as organizational development, teaching, and consulting. In their current role as Vice President of People and Culture at Interstates, they oversee talent management strategy and promotes a learning organization. Danielle previously worked as a Director of Leadership & Organizational Development at the same company. Danielle has also served as an Adjunct Faculty at the University of Nebraska at Omaha and the College of Saint Mary, where they taught statistics to healthcare students. Additionally, they worked as a Senior Consultant at SilverStone Group, focusing on human capital consulting, and participated in a graduate student seminar at Procter & Gamble.
Danielle Crough obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Minnesota in 2005. Danielle went on to pursue a Master's degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology from the University of Nebraska at Omaha, which they completed in 2009. Later, in 2012, they earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. In terms of additional certifications, Danielle became a Senior Certified Professional from SHRM in 2015, obtained a Leadership Versatility Index from Kaplan DeVries in 2011, and became a Senior Professional Human Resources from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in 2010.
