Cathrine Mukami Aloo serves as the Customer Experience Manager at Interswitch Group since August 2015, leading the Customer Experience Team, which includes the Contact Centre and Relationship Management Teams, with a focus on enhancing customer satisfaction. Previously, Cathrine held the position of Manager for ATM Outsourced Management, overseeing teams responsible for ATM reconciliation and management, budget preparation, service and customer relationship management, and team supervision. Prior to joining Interswitch, Cathrine was the Head of the Shared Contact Centre at Paynet Kenya Limited from June 2007 to August 2015, where roles included Customer Service Manager and Contact Center Agent.
