Goodness Igboin

Goodness Igboin has a work experience spanning over several years and includes various roles and responsibilities. Goodness started their career in 2010 as an Account Officer at Total Telecoms Solution, where they handled daily petty cash requests and reconciled bank accounts. In 2013, they became the Managing Director of Goodifelini Nigeria Enterprises. In 2014, they worked as a Field Support Staff at Beyond Branches Nigeria Limited, where they developed an agency network, set up meetings with agents, solved problems for agents, and recruited and trained agents. Goodness also worked as a Field Support Staff at Beyond Branches, where they trained and recruited agents, provided customer service support, prepared weekly reports, and maintained transaction records. In 2015, they joined Interswitch as a Team Member in Retail Sales, where they developed and maintained relationships with customers, conducted sales calls, and managed the agent recruitment process.
