Nosakhare Iyamu

Nosakhare Iyamu has a diverse work experience in the fields of product design, UX/UI design, graphic design, and mentoring.

Nosakhare started their career as an Intern at Schlumberger in 2015, working on Artificial Lift.

From 2015 to 2017, they worked as a Freelance Graphic Designer, specializing in brand identity design and creating unique images, audio messages, illustrations, and logo designs for clients.

In 2018, they joined Webcoupers as a Graphic Designer, responsible for ideation, design, presentation, pitches, and new business. Nosakhare also served as an Art Director, working in interdisciplinary teams to enhance user satisfaction by improving the experience and aesthetics of digital and physical products.

In 2020, Nosakhare worked as a Mentor at Ingressive For Good, providing guidance, motivation, emotional support, and role modeling to individuals.

Nosakhare then joined KliQr Tech as a UI/UX Designer from June 2020 to March 2021, focusing on user interface and user experience design.

From March 2021 to the present, Nosakhare has been working at Interswitch Group as a Product Designer.

In March 2022, they joined Touro University as a UX Designer and Tech and Marketing Specialist, where they worked until June 2023.

Nosakhare Iyamu's education history begins with a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Benin, which was obtained between the years 2010 and 2016. After completing this degree, Nosakhare pursued further education at Touro University from 2021 to 2023, where they obtained a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Web Page, Digital/Multimedia and Information Resources Design. In addition to their formal education, Nosakhare has obtained several certifications including a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification from GoLeanSixSigma.com in April 2021. They also hold certifications in Enterprise Design Thinking, with the titles of Enterprise Design Thinking Co-Creator from IBM in August 2023 and Enterprise Design Thinking Practitioner from IBM in March 2022. Other certifications include the EF SET English Certificate (C2 Proficient) from EF Standard English Test in February 2021, Human-Computer Interaction from The Interaction Design Foundation in August 2020, Verified International Academic Qualifications from World Education Services in July 2020, Membership Certificate from The Interaction Design Foundation in November 2019, and Product design: The delft design approach from edX in April 2018.
