Omotayo Ajide is a PMP® and SMC-certified professional with extensive experience in project management and operations roles. They began their career as an I.T Administrator at the Directorate of Nigerian Army Mapping and Field Survey Unit in 2008, where they provided technical support and managed network-related issues.

From 2009 to 2011, Omotayo worked as an I.T Administrator at Matkis Group and Agro Services Ltd Nigeria, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network connectivity problems. They also handled user accounts and permissions, as well as desktop hardware and peripheral installation.

In 2011, Omotayo joined Resort Consult Limited as a Systems & Business Solution Officer, where they played a key role in identifying and developing cost-effective systems that met business requirements. They also provided consulting services and coordinated with customers and technical teams to analyze complex problems.

From 2013 to 2016, Omotayo worked as an Administrative Officer at City Travels and Tours Ltd, where they created and maintained databases, updated manifests, and liaised with airlines and hotels to create tour packages. During this time, they also installed new versions of the Oracle CRM-on-Demand.

In 2013, Omotayo joined Olla Systems Limited as a Channel Sales & Pre-Sales Team Lead, where they enhanced staff accomplishments, provided technical support, and guided team members in improved processes.

From 2016 to 2017, Omotayo worked as an Assistant Team Lead in the Holidays & Tours Department at Travelbeta.com. They created holiday packages, liaised with hotels and tour providers, and ensured proper follow-up with clients throughout their travels. They also represented the company in presentations and bids with corporate clients.

In 2017, Omotayo became the Head Product & Operations Manager at Voiaj Travels, where they maintained financial records, planned and sold travel services, and managed customer service and sales targets.

From 2020 to 2021, Omotayo worked as a Project Manager at Almond Careers - Training, Consulting, leading the planning and delivery of a new web application. They introduced project management methodologies, conducted stand-up meetings, and handled procurements.

In 2021, Omotayo joined Xpress Payment Solutions Ltd as a Project Manager, ensuring timely and within-budget project delivery. They coordinated internal and external resources, defined project scope and objectives, allocated resources, and managed project risks.

Currently, Omotayo is a Project Manager at Interswitch Group, responsible for monitoring and controlling the execution of technology solutions and strategic enterprise projects. They develop and communicate with stakeholders using project documentation to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Omotayo Ajide completed a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Computer Engineering from Lagos State University, from 2002 to 2008. Prior to that, from 1993 to 1999, Omotayo attended Federal Government College Odogbolu for high school, with a focus on sciences.
