Arzan Alkaraithi has a work experience that spans over a decade. From 2010 to 2014, they worked at KAUST as a Recruiter, where they handled full cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, evaluating pre-employment checks, and extending job offers. Arzan consistently exceeded targets by making 80+ direct hires per year. In 2015, Alkaraithi joined InterSystems as a Senior Recruiter for EMEA & APAC, where they implemented sourcing strategies, maintained sourcing activity and pipeline reports, and developed pipelines of candidates through various methods.
