Isabel Perez Mayoral

Isabel Perez Mayoral is a Knowledge Transfer Specialist for EMEA at InterSystems, where responsibilities include the Customer Acceleration Program adoption and online help for TrakCare. Previous roles at InterSystems include Product Specialist and Documentation Lead for both the Italy and Middle East editions of TrakCare, where significant contributions were made to documentation and training materials. Isabel also served as a PMO and Project Manager for various implementations including TrakCare HIS at University Hospital Sharjah. Earlier experience includes a Senior Consultant role at Capgemini, managing ERP implementations, and serving as Application Services Manager/IT Manager at DiamondCluster International, leading a European applications team. Isabel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Telecommunications from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya.
