Osman Özcan

Osman Özcan has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Osman started their career as a Scout at TrScouts Football Scouting & Consulting in 2016. In 2018, they interned as a Sales Operations Planning Intern at Assan Alüminyum. From 2019 to 2020, they worked as a K-Team Risk and Control Long-Term Intern at the same company.

In 2020, Özcan transitioned to Intertech Bilgi İşlem ve Pazarlama Tic. A.Ş, where they worked as a Program Manager. In this role, they managed and delivered approximately 150 projects for around 15 client banks. Osman also implemented Agile Project Management practices and improved business processes.

Özcan joined Assan Alüminyum again in 2020 as a Risk and Control Assistant Specialist. Osman was responsible for determining and monitoring risk action plans, conducting process improvement studies, and organizing risk workshops with stakeholders.

In 2022, Özcan took on a role at cloudpeer as the CEO Office | Program Management Team Lead. Osman worked closely with the CEO to define product vision and roadmap, create projects, engage stakeholders, and manage the 'imza.io' platform. In 2023, they continued to work at INTERTECH as a Program Manager.

Osman Özcan completed their bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Yildiz Technical University, from 2015 to 2020. In addition to their formal education, Osman also obtained certifications such as Professional Scrum Product Owner™ I (PSPO I) from Scrum.org in June 2023, PMP Training Certificate from Projera Business School in July 2022, and Professional Agile Leadership I (PAL I) from Scrum.org in January 2021.
