Prakash Pillai

Prakash Pillai is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in technical support and leadership roles. Currently serving as the Country IT Lead at Intertek since July 2018, Prakash has previously held the position of Executive Technical Support/Resolution Owner at Scicom (MSC) Berhad (Lenovo) from December 2015 to March 2018. Prakash started the career as an IT Engineer at PSI Incontrol Sdn Bhd from September 2010 to September 2012. Educationally, Prakash is pursuing a Bachelor of Computer Science with a focus on Artificial Intelligence at the University of Malaya, with studies that began in 2003 and are ongoing.
