Corneel Ryde

Corneel Ryde joined Intertrust Group in 2006 to set up the legal function, and in 2008 he was appointed General Counsel. With a career spanning the private legal and finance sectors Corneel has over 25 years’ experience and is responsible for the group’s legal profile, and is based in Brussels.

Prior to Intertrust Group Corneel spent time at Brussels Law firm Janson Baugniet, corporate law boutique Deminor and (BNP) Bank – Fortis.

Corneel holds a Master in Law, Honours from the Catholic University of Leuven, a Diplôme d’Etudes Spécialisées en Droit Economique, Honours, from the Université Libre de Bruxelles and a Master in Corporate Law from the Catholic University of Brussels.
