Kaarmuhilan Kalaiyarasan

Kaarmuhilan Kalaiyarasan has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Kaarmuhilan started their career as a Business Analyst at Mu Sigma in October 2012. From September 2014 to August 2016, they worked as a Graduate Student at TU Delft. In May 2018, they joined Volareo as a Digital Marketing Lead until December 2018. In December 2018, they became the Sales Director for India at Travis, a manufacturer of translation devices. Kaarmuhilan later joined Bentokai as a Co-Founder from November 2017 to August 2019, where they focused on creating sustainable and socially responsible designs. Since November 2016, they have also been the Founder of Join ELM, an organization dedicated to stopping water pollution from the leather industry by promoting eco-friendly leather products. Currently, they serve as the Managing Director of Creatief AI Innovations starting from August 2019.

Kaarmuhilan Kalaiyarasan completed their Master of Science (MSc) in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Sustainable Process and Energy Technology from Delft University of Technology from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, from 2008 to 2012, they attended Sri Venkateswara College of Engineering, where they earned a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Mechanical Engineering. Before entering college, they studied at Maharishi Vidya Mandir in Chennai from 2006 to 2008. However, no degree or field of study information is available for this period.
