Yashika Sindhu

Yashika Sindhu has a wealth of experience in the analytics and product fields. Yashika began their career as an Assistant Manager - Growth at OYO Rooms in 2015. Yashika then moved to Delhivery as an Associate Technology in the same year. In 2016, they joined CARS24 as a Business Development, where they defined SOPs for the Sales Team and key metrics for measuring used car Dealer's Experience. From 2017 to 2020, they worked at Bizongo, first as a Business Intelligence Analyst, then as a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, and finally as Business Intelligence Manager. Here, they established and led the Business Intelligence Team, managed the company's data platform, and developed data awareness in 300+ workforce. In 2020, they joined Zomato as an Analytics Manager - Growth. Most recently, in 2021, they began working at InterviewVector as VP Product & Analytics and VP Growth & Analytics.

Yashika Sindhu's education history includes attending Apex Public School in Rohtak from 2009 to 2011, followed by Vidya Mandir Classes in Delhi from 2009 to 2011. Yashika then attended the Indian Institute of Technology in Delhi from 2011 to 2015, where they obtained a B-tech in Production and Industrial Engineering.
