Laura Goodman has an extensive work experience spanning several companies and roles. Laura started their career at Synergetics, Inc in 1996 as a Customer Service Manager, where they effectively managed a team of representatives and handled various tasks related to order processing, quoting, work orders, and inventory control. Laura then joined Stuart, Maue, Mitchell & James, LTD as a Data Control Analyst, where they managed the uploading system for legal billing files and resolved formatting issues.

In 1999, Laura joined Vandover, where they held various positions and was ultimately promoted to the role of Technology Manager. In this role, they played a critical leadership role in company-wide projects, improved communication processes between departments, and created custom reports for internal and external clients.
