Lindsay Janitch started their work experience in 2010 as a Customer Service Associate at J. C. Penney, where they troubleshooted customer problems, resolved complaints, and assisted with online catalog orders. Lindsay also worked at Lindenwood University as a Graduate Assistant, organizing and preparing for a psychology conference. In 2012, Lindsay joined Target as a Brand Team Member, eventually becoming a Service & Engagement Team Leader, where they led a team in providing excellent customer service and resolving issues. Lindsay recently joined InterVision Systems in 2022 as a Customer Success Associate.

Lindsay Janitch has a strong educational background in the field of criminal justice and psychology. Lindsay completed their Master's Degree in Criminal Justice Administration from Lindenwood University from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, Lindsay earned their Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the same institution, Lindenwood University, between 2010 and 2012. In their earlier academic years, Lindsay studied Psychology at the University of Missouri-Columbia from 2008 to 2010.
