Patrick Stevens

Patrick Stevens has a diverse work experience in the IT industry. Patrick started their career at Virginia Manufacturers Association as a Member Services Associate, where they provided desktop support, maintained a Small Business Server, and upgraded hardware for optimal performance. Patrick then worked at Affiliated Computer Services as a Desktop Support Engineer, providing support for on-site and remote users as well as troubleshooting LAN, WAN, and VPN connectivity issues. Afterwards, they joined SyCom Technologies as a Support Services Engineer II, where they provided break/fix assistance to small and medium-sized businesses, internal support for staff, and technical guidance to a department.
