Rob Spitzer

Rob Spitzer has extensive work experience in the technology industry. Rob currently serves as the Director of Microsoft Cloud Services at InterVision Systems since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at SyCom Technologies for 16 years, holding various roles including Director of Cloud Services and Practice Area Manager. In these positions, they managed a team of senior engineers and provided design, implementation, and consulting services to clients in areas such as Active Directory, Exchange, and Office 365. Before joining SyCom Technologies, Rob served as an Adjunct Faculty at Old Dominion University, where they trained students in technologies and concepts related to MCSA and MCSE certifications, and created and administered class curriculum in various Windows systems and networking topics. Their early career was at Huntington Ingalls Industries, Inc. as a Team Lead.

Rob Spitzer attended Virginia Tech from 1991 to 1996, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Aerospace and Ocean Engineering. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the following from Microsoft: MCSE: Productivity in September 2016, MCSA: Office 365 in April 2016, MCSE: Messaging in April 2016, and MCTS: Office 365, Administration in October 2012.
