Nikoleta Varotsi is a seasoned finance and operations professional with extensive experience in managing financial processes and administrative functions. Currently serving as Finance and Operations Manager at Interweave Agency since May 2019, Nikoleta oversees budget planning, tax management, staff recruitment, payroll, and legal contract management, while ensuring compliance with office policies and regulations. Previous roles include Administrative & HR Coordinator and Administrative Assistant & Office Coordinator, where Nikoleta demonstrated strong organizational and supervisory skills.
