Taushka Radonski

Taushka Radonski has a diverse work experience in human resources, starting as an Office Administrator at Les Schwab Tire Centers in 2002. Taushka then worked as a Customer Service representative at Premera Blue Cross before transitioning to a role as a Human Resources Manager at Global Machine Works, Inc. In this role, they were responsible for staffing, compensation, benefits, training, safety, and employee relations. In 2018, they became a Human Resources Manager at Cabela's, where they focused on recruiting, onboarding, and employee engagement activities. Taushka joined Interwest Construction, Inc. in 2020 as a Human Resources Specialist before being promoted to Human Resources Manager. Currently, they serve as the Human Resources Director at Interwest Construction, Inc. Additionally, they worked as a Benefit Specialist in the Human Resources department at Skagit Regional Health in 2021. Throughout their career, Taushka has demonstrated expertise in various HR functions and has a strong commitment to employee satisfaction and engagement.

Taushka Radonski obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Business Administration and Management from Everett Community College from 2002 to 2004. Later, they pursued a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology and Administrative Management at Central Washington University from 2009 to 2011.
