Caleb Toews began their career as a Clinical Athletic Trainer at Lifemotion Physical Therapy, where they worked with patients to rehabilitate them after injuries. Caleb then transitioned to Heirloom Rustic Ales, where they established and grew the wholesale operation. As Director Sales & Distribution, they created and maintained sales, production, inventory tracking, and planning documentation to inform monthly and quarterly strategic planning. Caleb also frequently implemented change management strategies to meet key objectives. In their current role as Curator Consultant at InterWorks, Caleb continues to utilize their skills in sales, event planning, and patient care to provide clients with the best possible experience.
