Simone Pilloni

Simone Pilloni has extensive experience in structured finance, currently serving as Vice President at Intesa Sanpaolo since March 2011. In this role, Simone is responsible for evaluating, structuring, and closing transactions in Project Financing, Fund Financing, and Corporates, with a focus on the energy, TMT, transportation, infrastructure, and real estate sectors. Additional roles at Intesa Sanpaolo include participation in an international talent program, Group M&A Financial Services, and positions as a Structured Finance Analyst and Business Analyst in various industries such as healthcare, basic materials, oil & gas, and telecom media & technology. Prior to this, Simone worked as an Assistant in the Transparency & Pricing Area at Veneto Banca. Education includes a degree in Economia e Finanza from Università Ca'​ Foscari Venezia, obtained between 2012 and 2017.
