Scott Klopack

Scott Klopack has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Scott is currently serving as the General Counsel at Inteserra, Inc., where they are responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various contracts, as well as providing advice on labor and employment issues. Before joining Inteserra, Scott had their own law firm named Klopack Law, PLLC where they worked as the Managing Member. In this role, they handled litigation and transactional matters, including contract drafting, negotiation, and resolution of claims and disputes. Scott also conducted due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and entity formation. Prior to this, Scott was a Shareholder at Mullin Rybicki Klopack, PC, an Attorney at Law at the Law Office of Scott M. Klopack, and the General Counsel at Impact Telecom. Before their private practice, Scott held roles as an Attorney at Law in private practice and as the VP of Regulatory and General Counsel at Matrix Telecom, Inc. Scott has also worked as Of Counsel at Wilson, Elser, Moskowitz, Edelman and Dicker and as Senior Counsel at both The Heritage Organization and Nucentrix Broadband Networks, Inc. Throughout their career, Scott has gained extensive experience in contract law, regulatory compliance, and litigation.

Scott Klopack attended Austin College from 1980 to 1984, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Political Science. Later, they pursued a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from Baylor University School of Law from 1988 to 1990.
