Richard Rogoff, MBA

Richard Rogoff, MBA has a comprehensive work experience spanning over three decades. Richard is currently the Vice President Corporate Development at inTEST Corporation, where they lead the development and execution of activities in support of the company's growth strategy.

Prior to their current role, Richard operated their own consulting firm, Rogoff Consulting, as the Principal Owner. In this capacity, they assisted clients in achieving their growth objectives through various services such as Strategy, Management Advisory, Business Development, M&A Due Diligence and Integration, Product Management, Program Management, and Operations. Richard successfully completed multiple projects, including conducting market analysis and developing strategic plans for a semiconductor foundry, as well as leading M&A due diligence processes resulting in significant top-line growth for the clients.

Richard also held the position of Vice President Strategic Initiatives and M&A Integration at Onto Innovation, where they managed the integration office following the merger of equals between Rudolph Technology and Nanometrics. As General Manager and Vice President at Rudolph Technologies, they oversaw the Lithography Systems Group's transition from start-up to volume production for advanced packaging and flat panel display lithography systems.

Richard's career also includes extensive experience at ASML, where they held various leadership roles. As the Vice President of Business Development and General Manager, they led the operational aspects of a $75 million opto-mechanical system design and manufacturing business, driving operational efficiency and revenue growth. Richard also served as the Regional Vice President of Sales and Marketing, managing daily sales activities for over 100 accounts valued at approximately $1 billion.

Additionally, Richard contributed to the optics and photonics industry in Connecticut as a Founding Board Member of the Connecticut Optics and Photonics Association, where they played an integral role in defining the organization's mission and executing strategic initiatives.

With their expertise in corporate development, strategy, business planning, and M&A, Richard Rogoff, MBA has consistently demonstrated their ability to drive growth and help organizations achieve their objectives throughout their career.

Richard Rogoff, MBA has a Master's degree in Business Administration for Executives from INSEAD. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Microelectronic Engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
