Vladimir Kisil

Vladimir Kisil is an experienced software engineering professional with a solid background in project management and team leadership. Since February 2012, Vladimir has served as a Lead Software Engineer and Development Team Lead at Intetics Inc. Previously, Vladimir held the position of Project Manager at Program-Ace from February 2011 to January 2012, and at DB Best Technologies from June 2004 to January 2011, where responsibilities included project management, QA team leadership, and database analysis. Early in the career, Vladimir worked as a Developer at MaxBill from 2001 to 2004. Vladimir holds a degree from the National Aerospace University - 'Kharkiv Aviation Institute,' earned between 1992 and 1998.
