Asher-Tsvi Schwed

Asher-Tsvi brings over 10 years of financial and legal leadership experience in the global public and private sectors. Asher-Tsvi oversees Intezer’s financial planning and reporting, accounting, legal, investor relations, procurement and human resources. Asher-Tsvi previously served as a Controller at Fiverr and CyberArk, managing accounting, treasury, planning and billing teams and took part in Fiverr's IPO. Asher-Tsvi has held management roles at KPMG Israel, leading public and private offerings, as well as complex audits of publicly traded companies, private companies and early-stage startups—across the high-tech and life sciences sectors.

Asher-Tsvi is a member of several board and committees in the public sector in Israel. Asher-Tsvi is a certified public accountant (CPA) and a lawyer (Adv) holds a Bachelor of Arts in economics and accounting from Bar Ilan University and Bachelor of Laws from a known college in Israel.
