Fredrik Liedholm

Fredrik Liedholm has extensive experience in legal and corporate governance roles, currently serving as General Counsel at OXE Marine since January 2023, and as Chairman at INTIC Capital Partners since January 2022. Fredrik co-founded Berg+Liedholm Partners in May 2021 and was a co-founder of Aecores Group from September 2020 to May 2021. Prior to these positions, Fredrik held various senior roles including SVP General Counsel, HR, Corporate Governance and M&A at SCANDSIB Group, and Head of Legal, M&A and HR at Lindab. Fredrik's career began at FMC Corp. as Legal Counsel and progressed through roles at FMC Technologies Inc., Advokatfirman Lindahl, and Kockums AB. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts from Lund University, with studies beginning in 1988.
