Annu Ann George has a diverse work experience spanning over different industries and roles. Annu Ann started their career as a Hotel Management Trainee at The Orchid Hotel in Mumbai, where they gained valuable managerial and supervisory skills. Annu Ann then worked as a Sous Chef at Vits Hotels and Lotus Resorts, showcasing their culinary expertise.
In 2010, Annu joined Intigral as an Editor and was part of the founding team, responsible for setting up channel scheduling systems and content creation. Annu Ann later progressed within the company, serving as a Team Leader, Associate Manager, Manager, and eventually as the Director of Content Operations. Their role at Intigral involved managing metadata, EPG, and editorial content operations.
In 2018, Annu ventured into the food industry and became the Owner & Co-Founder of The Crave Crushers, a world food lab in Dubai. With a passion for unique flavors and cuisines, they introduced concepts such as Back to Grills, Desi Wings, and Canteen Asia, emphasizing cultural experiences through food.

Annu Ann George obtained a B.Sc in Hotel & Hospitality Administration from IHMCT Kovalam in collaboration with IGNOU New Delhi from 2003 to 2006. Prior to that, they completed their ISC (PCMB) from Mount Carmel Convent from 2000 to 2002, and their ICSE (PCMB) from the same institution from 1987 to 2000. In addition to their formal education, Annu Ann George has obtained several certifications, including International Certificate in Advanced Leadership Skills from the International Academy of Business and Financial Management in 2019, Certified Product Manager (CPM) from AIPMM The Association of International Product Marketing and Management in 2019, Writing Headlines from LinkedIn in 2018, and PMP from the Project Management Institute in June 2017.
