Joe Fisher

Joe Fisher is an experienced Support Manager currently at Intigriti, overseeing end-user support operations for over 100,000 users and successfully directing new employee onboarding. Previously, as a Community Support Engineer, Joe significantly improved support operations for a community of ethical hackers by reducing ticket count and response time. Joe's background includes roles as a Customer Support Representative at both Mana Interactive Inc. and FirstBlood, where Joe managed user support and moderated a large Discord server.
