Intimacy Directors and Coordinators
Anise S. Hines Theus is a certified intimacy coordinator currently working with Intimacy Directors and Coordinators since April 2022, with extensive training in mental health, trauma-informed practices, and intimacy in performance. As a wedding dance choreographer at Twirl Together Forever since March 2019, Anise has also facilitated body autonomy workshops at Pieter Performance Art Space Dance and served as a collective artist resident at NAVEL. Previous roles include dance teaching with the County of Los Angeles, events and administrative assistance with NAWBO-LA, and outreach coordination focused on healthy food access with the Local Initiatives Support Corporation. Anise's academic background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and African American Studies from the University of Michigan, supplemented by public health research experiences at Columbia University Medical Center and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

Most of all, our work assists in preventing sexual harassment in the workplace.
