Adrianna Chrobak

Adrianna Chrobak has a diverse and extensive work experience in human resources. Adrianna is currently working as the Head of HR EMEA at intive since June 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Head of HR Business Partnering Europe at the same company, starting in March 2022. From April 2020 to December 2023, they served as the Regional Human Resources Director CEE at intive.

Before joining intive, Chrobak worked as the HR Director for Penta Hospitals Polska from March 2017 onwards. Adrianna was responsible for the HR policy of the group, overseeing 11 hospitals and 18 outpatients.

Adrianna also held the position of Group HR Director at Rawlplug, where they were responsible for all HR matters for the Group's four manufacturing plants and distribution entities across 15 locations from an unspecified start date until 2017.

Chrobak's previous experience includes serving as the HR Director at Simoldes Plasticos Polska, where they launched and developed the automotive company with up to 400 employees. Adrianna implemented HR policies and procedures, built a strong corporate culture, and developed HR systems and guidelines.

Prior to that, Chrobak worked as the HR Manager Poland at Steinhoff International, overseeing human capital strategy and development for 10 plants and 6,000 employees.

Adrianna'searly career includes working as an HR Coordinator/HR Manager at orsay, where they set up the headquarters for Middle and East Europe in Poland. Adrianna developed and implemented HR strategies and procedures across multiple countries and managed an international HR team.

Adrianna Chrobak holds a master's degree in management and marketing from Krakow University of Economics.
