Dieter Huber

Dieter Huber has an extensive work history spanning over three decades. Dieter began their career as a Software Developer at Softing in 1990 and later moved on to FAST Multimedia AG, where they worked as a Software Developer for six years. In 2001, they joined Pinnacle System GmbH as an Engineering Manager and continued in that role for six years.

In 2007, Huber joined AVID Development GmbH as a Senior Engineering Manager and took on the responsibility of leading the European part of the consumer development organization. Dieter managed software engineering operations for Avid Studio and Pinnacle Studio, which is a market leader in consumer video editing. During this time, they also served as a supervisor for the Munich team and provided direction to the offshoring team in Kiev.

Huber then joined Corel Corporation in 2012 and held the position of Senior Engineering Manager for a year before moving to KEMP Technologies as VP Engineering. Dieter worked with KEMP Technologies for four years and was responsible for engineering operations.

In 2017, Huber joined intive as the Head of Software Development and later took on various leadership roles within the company. Dieter worked as the Director of Mobile Solutions, Director of Pre-Sales and Operations, and eventually became the VP and Head of Global Capacity. In these roles, they focused on refining and rolling out processes, establishing KPIs, and aligning skills and development across different regions. Dieter also played a key role in post-merger alignment and system rollouts.

Throughout their career, Huber has demonstrated a strong track record of leadership and expertise in software development and engineering operations.

Dieter Huber has a education history that includes a Dipl.-Ing. degree in Electrical Engineering from Hochschule München University of Applied Sciences, which they obtained between 1985 and 1989. Prior to that, they completed their schooling at Ernst-Mach-Gymnasium Haar from 1976 to 1985. In addition, they have also obtained a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) certification from Scrum Alliance in May 2009.
