Donnacha Bushe

Donnacha Bushe is a seasoned technical writer with over two decades of experience in documentation and information development. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Writer and Writing Consultant at Ammeon since July 2017, Donnacha excels in delivering comprehensive installation, troubleshooting, and configuration guides for Ericsson stakeholders within an Agile environment. Prior to this role, Donnacha advanced through various positions at SAP SSC Ireland, achieving the title of Senior Information Developer while consistently providing accurate documentation. Donnacha's early career included roles at Skillsoft as a Technical Writer, where training courses were crafted, and at Hibernian as a Programmer, focusing on coding and user support. Donnacha holds a Higher Diploma in Information Technology from Saint Patrick's College Maynooth and two Bachelor's Degrees in French and History from Trinity College Dublin.
