Matias Gorostegui is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in capacity management, project management, and business development, currently serving as Capacity Manager at intive-FDV since June 2006. As a founder, Matias has been dedicated to enhancing workplace culture and satisfaction. Notably, Matias successfully led development teams for prominent clients and played a pivotal role in obtaining ISO 9001 certification for the company. Additionally, Matias serves as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Buenos Aires, instructing students in Software Engineering and Risk Management.
