Content Marketing Manager

Intiveo is looking for a creative Content Marketing Manager to join our growing Marketing team. Content at Intiveo spans more than written content, and will be focused on a multi-media content strategy, containing video, audio, design, thought leadership, social content, website copy, product collateral, and sales enablement materials.

This leader will be vital to our growth, maintaining a deep understanding of our market, the content they crave, and how they want to consume it, through a variety of different mediums. You’ll own the content strategy, lead a high-performing team, and collaborate cross-functionally to source ideas for new content across the entire customer journey. You’ll also oversee design elements and copywriting, maintaining the high quality of our content and modern brand.

Intiveo is a leading cloud-based patient communication platform used by 14000 practitioners to communicate with 18 million patients. Our goal is to continuously improve patient care by understanding communication needs, behaviors, and preferences – resulting in successful treatment outcomes.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and lead the content marketing strategy to support demand creation across the buyer journey - with a combination of new content and repurposing existing content.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, CX and Marketing teams on the ideation and delivery of content marketing materials.
  • Monitor, report on and continually optimize on the performance of all content initiatives.
  • Evolve the visual identity and tone of voice of the Intiveo brand, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
  • Conceptualize and develop product collateral that conveys products in a cohesive, understandable way.
  • Conduct research on industry trends and topics to inform future content strategy.
  • Collaborate with content specialists and designers to deliver quality, engaging content.
  • Develop a process for repurposing content for a variety of uses and mediums.
  • Own our content library and champion it internally for use by the Sales and CX teams.
  • Lead and mentor your team, fostering a culture of creativity and quality.

Who You Are:

  • You have 3+ years’ experience in content marketing, creative, media, journalism, or related field, preferably in B2B SaaS.

  • You have 1-2 years’ experience leading and mentoring team members to do their best work

  • You’re a creative mind, always thinking about content creation and finding ways to source new content ideas.

  • You’re an exceptional writer with a passion for storytelling and media.

  • You have an understanding of SEO and how it ties into content marketing strategy.

  • You have strong project management skills with attention to detail and the tenacity to take a project from start to finish.

  • You’re able to effectively prioritize and adapt in an ever-changing start-up environment.

  • Intermediate proficiency in French is considered an asset, but not a requirement.
